Happy Birthday to me! - I was in total disbelief when
I unwrapped my birthday present and found it to be travel, hotel and
tickets from upstate NY, to fly to Caesar's Tahoe for the October 16th show!
How cool is that?
Lake Tahoe was under a blanket of smoke from nearby forest fires when we arrived,
but inside the showroom, it was only fire from the Benatar band!
We had great seats on Neil's side and the sound was great. If not for the totally
rude teenagers at the table in front of us, who never stopped changing seats, talking
and going in and out every minute of the show, it would have been perfect.
The show rocked, the crowd was very enthusiastic, and I was able to get
a few pictures and one video between the bodies! We had a great time and it was the best birthday present I ever received!
